The next generation of Bird Key Yacht Club is replacing the existing sixty year old clubhouse. It will raise not only the flood elevation against rising sea level but the finishes and member experience. Maintaining the existing building footprint, every facet of the building is an upgraded experience from the scratch kitchen to the dual indoor/outdoor bar and dining. Attention was given at focus group meetings to pinpoint member opinions of areas to improve to attract new members and plan for the next sixty plus years.
