Siesta Key was hit hard by hurricanes in 2024, another lot with a sixty-year-old non-conforming home met its end. The new home will be a rental until its owners are ready to retire. With that in mind, the design is focused on the possibility of each floor being a different tenant with a central core connection to all levels. Two floors of rental space with a shared roof deck to overlook the beach sunsets and an at-grade pool deck where the mass of the home spans overhead creating a shaded reprieve from the sun. The five bedroom, five and a half bath plan creates a private master wing and three VIP guest suites along with entertaining space and a flex game room. Functional 5,000 square feet to watch every Siesta sunset along the Grand Canal of the island.
