A new building typology to the Sarasota skyline. Located in the Rosemary District, the luxury clientele of Sarasota was missing a car focused social club. Enter the LUX five story luxury car club. Meeting development standards, the habitable and retail spaces are pushed to the exterior face as the car display area is the jewel within. Exclusive 140 spaces available for showing of exotic, or one of a kind vehicles. The building is equipped with two vehicle elevators and turntables on each floor. The first two levels offer retail space with a mezzanine level while the upper three floors tend to the club members as lounge and social space with full glass walls separating the conditioned garage. Exposition space spills onto the roof where open air car display and events are hosted.
