Strata House captures the art of layering — in form, material, and light. A composition of stone, glass, and wood unfolds in horizontal planes that echo the coastal horizon beyond. The architecture reveals a quiet balance of strength and softness: concrete volumes ground the home, while warm wood soffits and deep overhangs bring warmth and texture to the modern form. At the rear, expansive glazing opens the interior to the water, dissolving the boundary between indoors and out. The layered composition continues through floating rooflines, cantilevered terraces, and a cascading pool edge that mirrors the horizon. Outdoor living spaces are tiered — from shaded dining and lounge terraces above to a fire pit and garden below — reinforcing the home’s architectural rhythm and connection to its coastal setting.
