A ground up replacement and expansion for a growing Yacht Club membership. Clearwater YC is very active and involved in the greater community and the expansion goals are to offer more family centered services to the community to cement its status for future generations as a local, old-Florida traditional style club. Ravaged by storms in its temporary facility, the new vision see flood resiliency at the forefront. The new building will be pile constructed and completely elevated out of the high hazard flood zone. All amenity spaces including the pool are elevated to see over the Club marina to the views beyond. The new facility expands the current dining capacity and offers additional functions of a banquet facility, small meeting rooms, kid zones, outdoor dining along the rail, and an updated kitchen and dining menu.
