After hurricanes ravaged the area in 2024, this property hit the reset button. Evolving the design from a slab on grade flood-prone property into a hurricane resistant structure to last generations.
The sharp angular form is inspired by the owner's passion for competitive sailing and the quick tack to catch the wind. The three bedroom 4,000 square foot home is laid out with a two story living area in the center connected with a bridge to guest suites and lounge area. The master bedroom is situated on the prow of the boat with endless views to barrier islands and Tampa Bay beyond.
