Simplicity and honesty in materials are paramount in design. Board-formed concrete, aluminum storefront, and a glass canopy are the raw materials tangible at ground level. Custom light fixtures cast into the concrete wall accentuate the texture of the vertical concrete feature. Pure white stucco and an energy efficient blue-green glass are the key materials on the tower volume. Balcony and recessed areas are featured and warmed with wood elements.  The glass façades and overall massing of the tower are skewed to extract an allure towards Sarasota Bay. The angle and wrapping of the glass does not pigeon hole the view in a singular direction, offering an opportunity to relax with a liquid background.

The 10-story tower features 12 unique residences and five penthouse layouts occupying whole decks from level 6 through level 10. The smaller units at 2,580 square feet features two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a den, and two outdoor terraces. The larger units are 3,310 square feet and feature three bedrooms, three baths, a den and powder, and a wrapping outdoor terrace. The penthouse units are 3,366 square feet and are a more spacious 3/3 unit plus den and powder room. The Outdoor terraces on two building facades total 1,150 square feet and coalesce views of the city and farther reaches of Sarasota Bay. Each unit is organized to focus living or primary bedrooms on large glass walls to maximize the view and sunlight this property offers while the back of house rooms like laundry, utility and mechanical are relegated to the core. The amenity deck includes a sport pool, hot tub, spacious deck with cabanas and lounge chairs, fire pit and seating, and an outdoor grilling area. Indoor amenities include a sauna, large fitness area, a boardroom, and a social lounge area that opens onto the outdoor deck. The Collection utilizes dark rich woods, classically refined hard materials, well-positioned water features and dancing fire to create a spectacular, luxurious, and urban living experience.

To preserve an urbanist concept of a walkable city, the main lobby and pedestrian entry is on a primary street frontage. The vehicular building access is opposite on a rear alley to maintain an unobstructed street frontage. There will be no parked cars cluttering the primary street, no valet, nothing to disrupt the walkability from the condominium doors into the city.
