A proposed duplex to replace storm damaged and flooded homes on Anna Maria Island after the Hurricanes of 2024. Two 2,000 square foot residences with private entrances and garages climbs two stories over the garage and flood prone areas. Each residence has a private pool and full width balconies to overlook the beach.
